My healthy snack recommendation for this week is Dole Fruit Crisp Cups. I bought these a few weeks ago because I had a coupon, so I decided to give it a try tonight. It is a bowl of juicy fruit in sauce with a crumbly granola topping. I chose the apple pear flavor. They also come in Apple Cinnamon and Pineapple Mango. Pop it in the microwave for about 30 seconds, sprinkle the granola on top, and enjoy. It is like a mini fruit crisp! It would be excellent with a scoop of ice cream on top as well. A healthy, sweet snack for only 150 calories! YUM!
