Today is National Whipped Cream Day. Oh my goodness! What is not to love about sweet, fluffy, whipped cream!! I can remember loving it ever since I was a little kid. So when I thought about what I wanted to indulge in along side the whipped cream, I reverted back to my childhood. There was nothing like a bowl of Jello with a very large dollop of whipped cream. My motto was "whipped cream with a little Jello". So, tonight after a dinner of homemade potato soup and sweet Jiffy muffins, I indulged in black cherry Jello with a large dollop of whipped cream on top. It was so yummy - I savored every bite! Even the hubby and kids enjoyed it!! :)
